We are more than happy to accept returns for items that are unworn (tried on is okay of course!) and in the same condition that you received them within 30 days of purchase.
Return for a store credit or an exchange for another size or item are free of charge for Australian orders. This is available for all items excluding items marked as Outlet and underwear. Outlet and underwear items are ineligible for returns.
For purchases made as part of a promotion or sale please refer to our individual promotional terms and conditions.
Refunds are also available for items purchased at Full Price. Refunds are not available on items purchased during a storewide sale, in discount promotions (where a discount code is used), underwear or marked as Outlet, unless faulty
You can lodge your return request through our Returns Portal. We strongly recommend lodging your parcel in person at Australia Post to ensure the tracking is registered. Please be sure to use the prepaid shipping label that is provided after you've lodged your request.
