We are more than happy to accept returns for items that are unworn (tried on is okay of course!) and in the same condition that you received them within 30 days of purchase.
We are pleased to offer the options of an exchange for another size, another item or a store credit in the form of a gift card, with no expiry date. Refunds are also available, except for purchases of products marked Outlet and underwear, in discount promotions or storewide sales such, as outlined in our T&C's. Purchases of products marked Outlet and underwear are ineligible for returns.
You can lodge your return request through our Returns Portal. The shipping cost incurred for returning item/s is not covered or reimbursed by Active Truth. Unfortunately, we cannot process returns for lost parcels without tracking details — so please make note of your parcel tracking number.
It’s important to note that exchanging for a new product through the portal doesn’t reserve the product for you. If your requested product is out of stock when we finalise your return, a store credit will be issued.
