Can I return a product for a refund?

We are more than happy to accept returns of items that are unworn (tried on is okay of course!) and in the same condition that you received them within 30 days of purchase.

Refunds are only available for items purchased at Full Price. Refunds are not available on items purchased during a storewide sale, in discount promotions (where a discount code is used), underwear or marked as Outlet, unless faulty. We can however offer you a free exchange or a store credit in the form of a gift card (excluding underwear or items marked Outlet which are final sale).

You can lodge your return through our Returns Portal. We encourage customers to reuse the compostable packing satchel you received your order in by turning it inside out and taping closed securely. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label to print and affix to your return parcel. If you don’t have a printer you can download the label to your phone and show at the counter of any Australia Post outlet.

We strongly recommend lodging your parcel in person at Australia Post to ensure the tracking is registered. Unfortunately, we cannot process returns for lost parcels without tracking details.
